Crypto Withdrawal Pending? Diagnose Exchange Review, Confirmations, and Credit

Use the presence of a TXID to identify whether a withdrawal is stuck in exchange review, blockchain confirmation, or receiving-platform credit.

Crypto Withdrawal Pending? Diagnose Exchange Review, Confirmations, and Credit

A delayed withdrawal is not one problem. It can be stuck in exchange review, blockchain confirmation, or receiving-platform credit. The fastest diagnosis starts with one question: is there a TXID?

Checked on 2026-07-12 (UTC+8). Processing times vary by asset, network, risk review, and receiving policy. No single minute threshold applies everywhere.

Stage 1: No TXID

Pending, Review, or Processing without a TXID usually means the sending exchange has not broadcast the transaction. Check for a new-address lock, security-setting change, large-withdrawal review, network maintenance, or an in-app verification request.

A block explorer cannot show a transaction that has not been broadcast. Contact the sending exchange.

Stage 2: TXID Exists, Confirmations Are Building

Open the correct network explorer and inspect status, block, confirmations, destination, and amount. The receiving platform may wait for more confirmations than the network needs to mark a transaction successful.

If the explorer reports Failed, do not immediately resend. Check whether the sending balance was restored and read the failure reason.

Stage 3: On-Chain Success, No Account Credit

Confirm the destination belongs to the intended platform, the network matches, the net amount exceeds the minimum deposit, and any memo or tag is correct. Then contact the receiving exchange with:

  • TXID and explorer link
  • Asset, network, amount, and time
  • Sender and destination addresses
  • Receiving account identifier, only inside the official ticket

Actions That Make Things Worse

Do not reveal passwords, one-time codes, or recovery phrases to social-media support. Do not repeat a large transfer as a test. Do not pay anyone claiming to reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.

For tag errors, use the memo and destination-tag checklist.
